When does artist presale begin?
The Zach Bryan artist presale starts on Wednesday, October 21. All tickets are subject to availability and are first come, first served.
North America: Presale starts at 10am local time for all events.
Australia:
- Melbourne presale starts at 10am local time
- Sydney presale starts at 12pm local time
- Brisbane presale starts at 1pm local time

How long will presale registration remain open?
North America: Registration will close Thursday, October 21 at 10:00pm EST / 7:00pm PST.
Australia: Registration will close at the end of the presale window on Friday, October 23.
- Melbourne registration closes at 12pm local time
- Sydney registration closes at 2pm local time
- Brisbane registration closes at 3pm local time

I registered for a presale code, when will I receive it?
North America: You will receive your presale code the day before the presale begins.
Australia: Fans can sign up at any time during the presale period at frontiertouring.com/zachbryan to access their unique presale code and participate in the presale while tickets remain.

How will my presale code be delivered?
North America: Presale codes will be delivered via email and SMS to US phone numbers. Canada and any other international numbers will receive their presale code via email only.
Emails will be delivered from AEG Presents.
Australia: After registering at frontiertouring.com/zachbryan you will be able to view your unique presale code immediately on the webpage.
Registrations signed up prior to 8am AEDT on Thursday 21 October will also receive an email with their presale code.

What happens if I don’t receive a presale code?
North America: To ensure you have successfully registered, make sure to input your two-factor authentication code. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after registering.
Presale codes will not be delivered until shortly before the presale starts.
Be sure to check your email junk and spam filters.

I did not receive my two-factor verification code. How do I receive it? (North America Only)
If you are still running into issues with receiving your verification code, please try sending an SMS with 'Stop' to 33439. This might enable you to start receiving SMS Verification codes. Please attempt to register again after re-enabling. Please also check your spam folders. If this still does not work, please email register@aegpresents.com and we will assist accordingly.

How many tickets am I allowed to purchase with my presale code?
The presale code will allow you to purchase a maximum of 8 tickets per show.

Once I register for presale and receive the presale code, will it guarantee that I can purchase tickets during presale?
Participating in presale registration DOES NOT guarantee tickets to the show. Tickets will be available on a first come, first served basis.

Where do I purchase the tickets?
Ticket links will be sent to you when you receive your presale code. Tickets will be sold from websites designated by the venues.
North America: This includes AXS, Ticketmaster & SeatGeek
Australia: This includes AXS

Are the tickets refundable?
North America: All sales are final. No refund, No exchange available.
Australia: Refunds and exchanges will be handled in accordance with the applicable ticketing terms and conditions, the terms of the relevant authorised ticketing agency and applicable law.

What if I am having issues during the registration and presale process?
North America: If you have any issues, please email register@aegpresents.com and we will troubleshoot all issues and inquiries quickly to help resolve any issues.
Australia: If you have any issues registering or logging in at frontiertouring.com/zachbryan please contact info@frontiertouring.com. For any issues during purchase on the ticketing agency site, please contact your show's authorised ticketing agency as listed at frontiertouring.com
